Locanda del Bergallo regulation
Our rooms are available from 3 p.m. You are requested to let us know for an exceptional prior arrival. In any case you are requested to contact us as soon as you pass the highway exit of Finale Ligure. We will communicate the telephone number once you have made the reservation.
For the check in we need an ID card. Payment for the entire stay is also requested during the check in. Payment includes the room and the breakfast.
Regular housekeeping is done every day ( from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m.) with natural and hypoallergenic products.
Exceptional linen change as well as supplementary housekeeping are not included in the price.
All rooms have complementary soap and shampoo and you will find blankets, pillows, towels.
In case of particular need please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to satisfy you.
The B&B is dog friendly, therefore if you plan to travel with your animal we invite you to read our chapter dedicated to the pet owners.
For security reasons our guests are not allowed to invite anyone in the building where only our clients are accepted.
The check-out is authorized until 11 a.m. After 11 a.m. you will be charged for one more night fee.
Our breakfast is continental and it is served from 8.30 am to 10.30 am.
You are invited to let us know in advance about any food allergy or intolerance. It is also possible to reserve a gluten free breakfast. Fresh fruits and natural products will be served.
It is prohibited to smoke in the entire building .
You must immediately report at the direction any damage in the Locanda and in the building in general.
The rooms keys must be returned during the check out. An extra fee will be charged for replacement in case of lost keys.
The Locanda declines all responsibility in case of loss or steal of any valuable item or cash. Please use the safe in the room.
We also decline all responsibility in case of interrupting gas, power cut, water shortage, break of internet or telephones lines beyond our control.
Our guests are requested to advance 30 percent of the total price during the reservation
you may reserve using the on line document. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail where payment modality is explained. The advance payment can be made by credit card using Pay pal or bank direct deposit. The advance payment is returned in case of cancellation until one week prior the arrival. Cancellations with less than one week or no presentation lead to the NO restitution of the advance payment.
You are invited to contact the direction in case of any other booking method information.
The balance of your booking is payable the day of your arrival by credit card or cash. Checks are not accepted.

Agreement for dogs admission
Dogs are welcome in the BB but in order to respect the other guests and the general hygiene some rules must be observed. Dogs' owner have to respect the advice below:
- The direction must be informed in advance of the presence of the animal (during reservation or check in).
- The animal may not be accepted by the direction for any reason and in case the animal does not correspond to the description made by the owner.
- The animal must be hold on a leash (not in arms) inside and outside.
- The clients must have their personal dog accessories for the well being of the animal (dog's bed, blanket, kennel, carrier, bowl, food)
- The BB bed and bath linen cannot be used for the dog grooming or the animal's bed.
- It is forbidden to let the animal climb on the beds, armchairs, chairs, tables …)
- The owner is responsible for the animal behavior in order to not disturb the other guests.
- It is strictly impossible to let the animal alone in the bed rooms and this day and night.
- Any supplemental cleaning operation on beds, furniture or linendue to dog hair, excrement or other will generate a supplemental cost and will be charged to the owner.
- In case above regulations are not respected, the direction reserves the right to cancel the contract without any prior advise and at any moment.
